2. Discounts, Payment Plans, And Financing Options

- All purchases made using third-party financing options, including but not limited to Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, installment agreements, or any payment plans, are strictly non-refundable. By selecting a financing or payment plan option at checkout, you acknowledge and agree that the full purchase amount remains due and payable under the agreed-upon terms, regardless of usage, cancellation, or dispute.

3. Complimentary ExpertAIQ Version Upgrades

- Customers who purchased a previous version of ExpertAIQ and subsequently received a complimentary upgrade to a newer version are not eligible for refunds. By accepting the upgrade, the customer expressly waives any refund rights associated with the original purchase.

4. Chargeback Policy

- We maintain secure records of all user account activity, including logins, IP addresses, email communications, transaction history, and usage data. In the event of a chargeback, this information will be submitted to the issuing bank. If a chargeback is found to be in violation of our refund policy, the outstanding balance will be referred to a licensed collections agency along with supporting documentation including all user's account activity records.

- Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your credit card company, payment processor, or financial institution:

- Immediately voids your eligibility for any refund, regardless of timing.

- Will result in your ExpertAIQ account being permanently suspended.

4.1 Debt Collections Policy

- In the event of a chargeback, if the balance is not repaid within three (3) days, the account will be referred to a licensed collections agency for the full outstanding amount, including any applicable fees and administrative costs. This unpaid debt will be reported to credit bureaus and will negatively impact your credit history and score.

- We treat chargebacks as a serious matter. If you encounter any issues with your subscription, please contact our support team so we can resolve them quickly and professionally.

5. Abuse Prevention

- We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we determine, at our sole discretion, that:

- There has been abuse of our refund policy.

- Multiple refund requests have been submitted by the same customer or entity.

- The request is made in bad faith.

6. Final Acknowledgment and Agreement
